Project Management Office Manager

Responsibilities:

Providing a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives
Provides training in project management team and applied project tools to team members
Ensure project management standard are followed
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Manage people and source are involved on project
Present reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management

Requirements:

  •     Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  •     Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
  •     Min.  3 years of working experience in Project Management Office in Life Insurance
  •     Having Six Sigma Certification, preferably Black Belt
  •     Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  •     Target oriented and strong leadership skills

 

Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

Manage and handle corporate legal matters accurate timely and pro actively for the company especially provides legal consultation and service to other division or department in the company regarding corporate matter such as review cooperation agreement and related documents
Manage and handle operational legal services for the company as well as provide legal consultation and service to other division or department regarding operational matters
Experienced of fraud detection, prevention, and handling process; ensure that anti fraud techniques are used at all times in order to minimize fraud losses and take action when the fraud arise

Requirements:

  •     Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  •     Min.  S1 Degree in Law
  •     Min.  2 years of working experience as Legal Officer preferable in Insurance industry
  •     Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  •     Excellent knowledge of legal system and administration
  •     Excellent knowledge of insurance law and related regulations
  •     Understand of company business process and community
  •     Good performance, strong communication skills and highly self confident
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Compliance Staff

Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive compliance
Identify Compliance & Legal issues in the company to prevent the company from breaching the prevailing regulations
Liaise with Ministry of Finance and other related government institution in connection with company business operations
Able to investigate people related to company case

Requirements:

  •     Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Economy or Law
  •     Min.  2 years experience in compliance/risk management, preferably in Life Insurance company
  •     Detail oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  •     Computer literate (MS.  Excel & Office is a must )
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Actuary Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates
Construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits
Price monitoring using historical data and statistical models to build a profitable portfolio and allow for better planning and results

Requirements :

  •     Male/Female, max 30 years old
  •     Min.  S1 Degree, preferably from mathematics or statistics
  •     Min. 3 years of working experience as actuary staff in Life Insurance company
  •     Able to handle individual product pricing
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Product Development Staff

Responsibilities:

    Provide periodical report of new and existing product post implementation review
    Actively participate in the product development process
    Ensure that all products following compliance criteria from regulatory
    Organize and maintain documents, including product specification,  training material and brochure
    Manage multiple deadlines and complete work order

Requirements:

  •     Male/Female, max 30 years old
  •     Min.  diploma 3 degree, preferably in Actuary
  •     Min.  3 years of working experience as Product Development Staff in Life Insurance
  •     Excellent in MS. Office
  •     Fluent in English, both oral & written
  •     Detail oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking

New Business Underwriting Staff

Responsibilities:

Review individual applications for insurance to evaluate degree of risk involved
Determine whether to accept, modify or decline a risk through evaluation of an individual’s medical history or physical condition and other information pertinent to the decision
Understand the coverage afforded by the forms and restricted by the insuring agreements, exclusions and conditions of coverage
Maintain time-service, quality and production goals for assigned work
Ensuring that all underwriting cases are processed following the standard operating procedures

Requirements:

  •     Male/ Female, max 28 years old
  •     Min.  diploma 3 degree in any major from reputable universities
  •     At least 2 years of working experience as New Business Underwriting Staff in Life Insurance
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Policy Owner Services (Group) Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Process new insurance policies and update existing policies to reflect any changes in beneficiary, amount of coverage or type of insurance
  • Communicate with policyholders or agents to obtain information or inform about account status or changes
  • Notify insurance agent and accounting department about policy cancellation
  • Organize and maintain files for each policyholder, including new policies, existing  or cancelled policies
  • Transcribe data to worksheets and enter data into computer in preparing documents and adjusting accounts

Requirements:

  •     Male/Female, max 30 years old
  •     Min. S1 degree in any major, preferably in Administration, Accounting or equivalent
  •     Min. 2 years of working experiences as POS (Group) Staff in Life Insurance
  •     Computer literate, especially MS. Office is a must
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Customer Service Staff

Responsibilities:

  •     Handling call from customer about product benefits by phone
  •     Handling customer’s complaint in order to clarify and understand customer needs
  •     Coordinate with Claim department about complaints report
  •     Work as a team and ensure that the customer service level is met

Requirements:

  •     Female, max. 28 years old
  •     Min. diploma 3 degree from reputable university
  •     Computer literate, MS. Office is a must
  •     Min. 2 years of working experience as customer service in Life Insurance company
  •     Good performance and highly self confident
  •     Possess excellent communications and problem solving skills in handling complaint
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Claim Advisor

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze validity of medical claim from customer or hospital provider
  • Monitoring hospitalized patients and proactively work with treating doctors to ensure that patients received appropriate treatments
  • Decide and provide decision making related claim rejections and action to improve claim performance
  • Asses and review medical claims/surgery billings from provider and ensure benefit payments are correctly made

Requirements:

  •     Male/Female, max 35 years old
  •     Min. S1 degree in Medical from reputable university
  •     Min. 2 years of working experience as claim advisor in Life Insurance company
  •     Computer literate (MS. Excel & Office is a must)
  •     Excellent in English
  •     Detail oriented  and have a strong analytical thinking
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Programmer

Responsibilities:

  •     Responsible for development of web applications in various projects
  •     Able to set and support network system, database and server
  •     Support, maintain and enhance existing web application and infrastructure
  •     Perform testing of web applications as necessary
  •     Provide new web applications training to user

Requirements:

  •     Male, max 30 years old
  •     Min. S1 degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  •     At least 2 years of working experience as Web Programmer
  •     Have a knowledge of principles and practices of systems analysis, design and development
  •     Proficient in SQL Server, ASP.Net, PHP and Java Script
  •     Able to work under pressure as a team or individual

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  •     Maintain a good and professional working relationship with bank partners
  •     Train and coach Insurance Relation Advisor to achieve target
  •     Provide sales productivity reports to Bancassurance Manager
  •     Maintain a good working relationship with all internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, max. 35 years old
  • Min. S1 degree, any discipline
  • Min. 3 years of working experience as Relation Manager preferable in Insurance industry (Bancassurance)
  • Have a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
